If smoking is banned in all govt bldgs, airlines etc.  Where does Obama smoke, on the balcony???

I do not know where the president smokes. As for why every channel has a different volume level is the same reason the commercials are louder than the programs. Because they can.

 And don't forget from TV show to commercial and back again. SO stupid how they have to make the commercials much louder than the tv show! And Obama can do whatever he wants cuz he's apparently the president.
