Weight is 210.2 his week, down 2 pounds, 20.2 to original goal. Eating is much better activity is up and energy is finally starting to come back. Did three month labs last Thurday, Will see PCP this week and Surgeon next week to get results.

Atlanta PD has officers on furlough because of budget crunch. Few job openings & I don't have to tell you - it's a buyer's market!
Going to start looking back toward TX. Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!! 
I don't get weighed every week, so I don't have a chang to report. However, since I started using the Beck's diet Solution in mid Jand and was weighed on 01-29 at 391, I got down to 341 on 06-10-which was the last time I was weighed. Considering that my pants were starting the get small snags in them, I decided it might be time to go get new ones. I've known for quite a while that the pant sizes I get do not necessarily reflect my waist size because my right thigh is disproportionately huge due to severe lymphedema ( swelling which is sometimes called elephantitis) in that leg. I can't wear regular pants--I need to wear sweat pants because of the difference in the cut of the leg. I guess I could get custom pants made if I were rich, but I've been on a Fed disability pension since July, 1992.
Well, the local Frank's Big and Tall shop had a sale last week. $25 off if you bought over $100 worth of merchandise. One thing I've always liked about this store is that the salesmen are always respectful and helpful ( I'm sure we've all had experiences at national stores where some of the salemen were simply mean). I've been dealing with the same man for years and when I walk in he generally knows my size just by looking at me. I've always hated shopping for cloths--even when I was thin-- but he makes an unagreeable situation bearable.
One problem I've had to deal with over the years is that different manufacturers have varying ideas of just how large certain sizes are. My old pants were size 4X Large (as opposed to tall), so I thought I might be able to get into size 3X Large. But, they don't carry the same line I had before. They do carry the same manufactures but the line is different (new line has wide white stripes down the legs). I had to go to a different manufacturer and despit having lost 50 pounds so far this year, I left with pants that are size 4X Large. With that price, I got 2 lightweight pair, 1 regular weight pair, and 2 pair of shorts for a total of $125 after the discount--not bad for those sizes. One thing I just remembered as I was writing this is that I lost most of my initial weight in my upper body when I first had WLS. So, maybe in another year I'll be able to go down to another size. I guess the important thing is that I am feeling better. By the way, I don't really care if my shirts are a little loose--it gives me the vain feeling of looking like I lost weight. Oh, I did lose weight this year for the first time in a few years.
