Anyone ever tried the Kid's Lunchables Ham, Cheddar and Mini Ritz Crackers?

It only has 7 net carbs, 8 fat, 8 protein, 2 sugars, and 140 calories.

Is it a really bad choice for a lunch on the go?

Early out, just after I was first on solid foods, I use to buy them and take them to work with me. I would not eat the crackers, thought I could. I just considered it an easy way to pack a high protein snack that was "real food" of sorts. I grew tired of them and my getting them fell by the way side.

Dittos to what Nick says.  Stick to the meat and cheese.  Have grabbed one or two on road traveling but quit keeping them at home.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!

 LOL @ the l.p..     Mine now says  X  461 LB ]

Yes, I loved those little suckers and still do ..    I should skip the crackers, but don't ..     The one thing that would make them go down easier though is that little thing of spicy brown mustard (or was it Dijon mustard?) they used to include with them ..    Apparently they're not in them anymore ..

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "

HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )

Ditto. They are really bland though. Meat tastes like rubber sometimes.
