Water issue

I been in my current residence for 2 years and been drinking the tap water since i have been here. Now after surg. I been getting sick like I ate too fast and would be ill for hours.. I figured it was the water..

When I drink bottle water i am fine.. Very hard to get my water in unless I put crystal light in it..

Any idea's about it. Why does Crystal light make it easy to get in water?

maybe flavor that sounds like the simple answer. But the mind is a crazy thing. and from the other day I am a little southwest of Jacksonville.

I can only drink cold water haha.  I was able to drink tap water without ice now it must be cold.  I also drank crystal light at first but it seemed like I wasnt getting enough.  My doc told me to drink regular water.

It must be that good Florida Tap water. I could drink it also until surgery, then WHAM, I would become instantly sick. We have an RO system under our sink so I only drink water from there or bottled purified water. Spring Water also gives me the foamies.

This is crazy, guess I will get a water service now..  I can drink the spring/filtered pool water so far.

Over the years I have heard people say, if you are having problems with water, try and change the temperature.  Try warmer or colder water or even things like hot herbal tea. 

I had problems with water shortly after my surgery but they eventually went away.  For awhile I had to use Crystal Light too.  That was the only way that I could get my water in for the day.  Now I'm fine either way.

Keith, if you're getting foamies from water I'd say that you're drinking too fast.  Just like with food you have to take your time.  Go back to the basics....sip, sip. sip.
