Update...

Been awhile - life has  been busy, but I am employed again, albeit making half my salary.

Today I am at 250 lbs which takes me down 175 from my heaviest.  I now ride outside on a Trek 1.2 and I am starting to train for a century ride this November.

Wonderful news bro. Sucks about the salary but look at it this way. By the time you add what they took out for additional taxes FICA etc it probably is not half.

ah, Fritz, I wi**** was so.  I have 7 kids so the only taxes I pay is FICA.  Struggling to make ends meet and waiting on my loan remod, if it doesn't go through I will lose the house.  Crossing my fingers...
