I am down 4.8 pounds this week to 212.2. 22.2 pounds to my original goal of 190. With the second EGD on Thursday, I am finally able to eat real food at least a little, Had two meatballs and a couple pieces of fruit yesterday for lunch and a very small plate of meat sauce with a very little pasta for supper. Here's to hoping that the EGD lasts this time. Body fat has dropped from 32 to 22%.
