Slow postings lately.  I will assume that most of us are now enjoying our lives and don't have as much time to spend on the computer.

Today, I pushed a little hard, but it was good.  I went 48 miles and road my bike from Holmen to Melrose Wisconsin.  It was a beautiful ride with great sunny temps in the low 70s.  There were 6 hard climbs on this ride and I was wiped by the time I got back.  I don't know how Ironmen do it.
