IDGOMB saturday
It was tough today, rainy and 50 degrees outside. However, I snuck in a 20 minute bike ride before the rain got too bad and then went to the ymca and did 12 minutes eliptical and a good 40 minutes of weight lifting.
I took yesterday off. My appendix surgery will be on june 18th. I still have this damn drainage tube in me and that limits what I can do right now.
