I bought a juicer from Costco

Best damn kitchen gadget I've ever used..

I juiced some carrots.. tasted so good was like candy.  Damn, never had such a refreshing glass of juice..

are you sure you were fat?  the thought of carrot juice creeps me out.

It was like eating a sweet carrot. Never realized carrots were so sweet..

Carrots are full of sugars and carbs. I limit how much of them I eat and juicing them would be over load for me.

yea this is a concern to me. Going to ask my doc on Monday if it's ok to have a glass a day..If they dont want me juicing my dad will get a nice new juicer

I can't advise you since I had RNY but I was told, by my nutritionist, to limit juices and to water them down when I do have them. Carrots I was told to limit period.

lol i put some watermellon in the juicer and the seeds were shooting out everytime I took my hand off shute.... haha i was dodging seeds.... Lesson #1 watermelon should not be juiced. was tastey though
