Hello Gentlemen!

It's been forever since I've posted, but I wanted to let everybody know I'm still here.  My weight bounces between 195-205 depending on the day.  My original goal was 200lbs so I'm happy with that.  My diabetes, HBP, and GERD are still in remission and I feel great!  I've managed to add a little muscle tone with resistance training and I try to do cardio at least every weekday morning.

To everyone here, and to the new faces, good luck!

Jason

Cool cool cool!!  It's normal not to be here much after awhile...out there just living life to it's fullest.  Enjoy the ride.

Exactly!  I sort of feel an "obligation" to pass along my knowledge the way ya'll did for me when I was a newbie, but I'm so much busier than I was before.  I volunteer alot more now, am much more involved in my son/daughter's school activities, and am swamped with projects at work.  LOL  It's great!

I'm glad that you have been successful in your weight loss and post-op life.  I would hope that you would continue to post here periodically I ask that you consider posting here about once a month.  It's really good for newbies to see that there are successful longtime post-ops out there.  Bob
