FLATUENCE AFTER SURGERY

wondering if any of you guys had the smelly flatuence ie: farting after your surgery that they say to expect? Has anyone tried these charcoal pads for the shorts? I work in an office with one other person and worrying ahead about the gas that is to come! 
   

I was already retired when I had WLS so flatulence wasn't a problem.  The most prevalent suggestion I've seen over the past 7 years is to use Gas-X.  I don't know about charcoal pads.  I'd think some sort of air freshener may help in an office setting.

You can try the aforementioned Gas-X or maybe some Priobotic or anything that contains lactobacillis.  It works on your lower digestive tract to help your intestines digest food better and reduce the gas. 

That or offer to buy your office mate a respirator!  

Going to check Wally world and see what they have. then go to army surplus and get gas mask! lol

I'd call Homeland Security after a major fart and look at a co-worker.   

do like our dog used to do when i was growing up...she would let it fly and then put her head up in the air and just look around innocently 

I farted my ass off after surg.. haha..  Gas pains were the worse too. I walked around the hospital and plowed the rows, hehe I was doing drive bys..

Gas X strips are the best.. My farts were sweet smelling, kinda like almond cookies.. I had to rock one and sniff..

you are a mess! ha ha ha   what i could do is duck into a closet while i am walking at the hosptl and leave a marking like a dog...ha
