18 day liquid diet

I have decided to increase the lenght of my liquid diet from 10 days to 18. My surgery date is the June 18th and my Doctor said because my BMI is over 60 he may have to do my surgery open instead of lap. Well, I figure the more I lose now the better chance I have of having the surgery done lap and I would really perfer that!!!!

My wife, God bless her, has decided to do the liquid diet with me to show her support. So far it is near the end of day one and I am holding on ok. I am making sure to take my vitimin**** my protien and get in water. Sure hope this pays off.

Wish me luck, if I had any ral will power I wouldn't be in this mess to begin with.

Wow thats great that your wife is joining you! Sounds like you got it all laid out now you just got to do the work. Let us know how everything turns out.

Thanks for the support! Day two half way down. I go in on June 9th for pre surgery physical so I will know how well I am doing than. I am not stepping on a scale til than.
