Well I have been trying to exercise daily since I got home from surgery. I hit a new high for me today--I walked 3 miles (three different walks. wah hooo!

20 min moderate level elypt warm up. bb bench, bent over rows, bb flys, bb bent over flys, preacher curls, french press. 3 sets to ehaustion. Back to back supersets with two min rest in between. Yea!!!!!!!

Biked 2.5 hrs around Rock Creek Pkw, Nat'l Zoo. Went in to see phandas as they are goung back to China and I wanted to see new Amaozonian display. A good 2 mi walk. biked to Lincoln Memorial, they had a dedication today, very impressive). Talked with some reinactors Black Hats blue bellies, ( I was with VA Calvery and did some in Winchester, Va area-killed alot of blue bellies LOL. Then down to WW2 memorial. Talked with some vets about my dad. Back to Pierce's mill where the SUV was - 16 miles round trip
