I was sorry that your links didn't work. I went to your oh profile and looked at pictures instead. YOu are an example of what I hope to be. The first year is easier to lose the weight, it looks like both you (and your wife?) have not only lost the weight but kept it off for five years. That is great!!!! What an accomplishment. My greatest fear is getting it all back.
There working now sorry. Thats is my fear also. I think thats why I work so hard at keeping the excess weight off.
