3 Years out

It is hard to believe weighing in at 350 lbs, today I'm 220 and have been at that weight for one year. I run 15 to 20 miles a week run in 10k races once a month, I was to run the Nashville 1/2 marathon but got sick the day before and was unable to run. There is always next year. You just need to know that this is not a permanente fix, it will get the weight off and you still need to watch what you eat after 2 to 3 years or it will come back. You just need to have a active life style and that will keep you young and thin.

Still loving life

Everthing Mr Cooper said is true!!!

You need an active life style. For me it's  been riding my bikes.
I have three and ride them often.I commute to work on my bike ten miles one way. I have lost 125 lbs and have kept it off for over three years now.
Too all you new guys out there reading this sight. It can happen for you too. You can do it just like the rest of us older post op's

Good health and best wishes
Nick
