      Good to see that you are doing well after your surgery. The butt pains only get worse before it gets better. Just kidding. You will discover more bones and other parts you didn't know you had. I am still finding lost ribs, and other inners visibly pressing outward, that had been hidden under the fat for decades. I was always wondering where they went.
