resuming activities

Hey guys,

Just wondering how long it was before you resumed sex after surgery. What about just receiving or a massage?

First congrats on your surgery Greg. In answer to your question and it does come up often; about a month or so. As long as your incisions are healing OK and closed I would say you can do so when ever you feel ready.

I waited a full 3 days before I got back into it.

i waited maybe 2 or 2 1/2 weeks, but i was definitely on the bottom and we were careful.

does not mean cant give you a little loving though. Wink Wink

My problem in that area is a little different. 4 years ago I lost all interest in sex. My wife and I went to the doctor and she had a bunch of blood test's done and found my testosterone was extremely low. For my age group normal leves should be 350–890 ng/dL , mine was 50 ng/dL. So they put me on hormone replacement (Androgel) and bingo, i was back.

Now before my surgery they had me stop my hormone replacement because the said it could increase the risk of blod clots and they won't let me go back on it until i get my G-Tube out (June 1st)

The weekend after June 1st Dina and I are going on a trip by ourselves over to Siesta Keys. I don't think we'll see much of the beach though (LOL)
