How many cal's a day are you eatting?
I dont like the soy nuts but Dry Roasted Edamame is one of my favorites...its 70% less calories and 40 % more protein than peanuts...but doesnt include all the vitamins/minerals of nuts so I still eat alot of almonds, cashews, etc...
