Wow got my date today

Wow! It took BC/BS FL 7 days to give me an approval! My WLS date is June 9th.
It is happening so fast! It took longer to get my Psych clearance than it did my approval.

Trying to get organized!!!

Congrats! You will be so happy you took this step. So many good things will happen for you. Not to say there won't be tough times ahead as well, but the benefits will far outweigh the hard times. Good luck and keep us posted.

Great news!!!

My insurance (TRICARE) was also quick with the approval. Get ready for a great ride. I am 3 weeks post op and doing good. I have had to talk to my NUT about calorie and protein intake because I wasn't following what they told me pre-op and I wasn't getting enough.

Follow their post op instructions, they know what their talking about from experience and even though I thought I knew better it got me into a little trouble. But now I'm back on track.
