What foods get to you??
Chineese restaraunt food is a big no no for me, everything is calked full of Sugar. Had to switch to whole grain pasta as the regular stuff made me sick every time (keep expanding even after you eat it). Surgery made me lactose intllerant so ice cream is out, but I do love my Lactaid whole milk. I can't even remember all the foods that don't sit whell because they are not in my diet anymore. AHH - Kentucky Fried Chicken - original Loved it now cant even stand the smell. The deep fried food never touches my lips.

Chicken can be friendly or not so friendly
no wraps or bread unless the bread is toasted within an inch of it's life
beef if it is not rare or medium rare
Potatoes are okay - 2 forks fulls and I'm done
Hamburgers are out unless I cook it myself at home
What works for me - This is what I'm living on right now
Soy Shake (soy protein powder, soy milk and flavorings [toroni sf syrup]) and half a banana
Fish - salmon, talapia, shrimp
Salad
Power crunch bars
almonds
Fresh Fruit - strawberries, pineapple, oranges
Edy's (dryers for all you people outside of NY) No sugar added chocolate chip mint (I would make love to it if I could find a way) 1/2 a cup and i'm satisfied.

Everything sits well now...though I still haven't tried Sugar or much in the way of fried foods, and I won't. Early out eggs and bread gave me a real problem, eggs are fine now but i gotta take it easy w/ bread...
