Regret!
Puma I too went through this and was angry at the world for a bit after my wls. Food for me was and still is a major coping device. I was weak and dizzy for some time after. As some time went bye and the weight started to drop off I started to get over it some. I had to up the amount of food I was eating three tiny meals a day was not enough. My body was in such a caloric deficiency that I was very weak and dizzy for about two months. At this point I figured I was healed enough and just started eating more. Still much less than I was eating before. I had my wls almost five years ago and still weigh 210. Please check with your surgeon or Nut about this they might have some words of wisdome. Looking back I am very happy I made the decision to have wls. They say time heals all wounds and that's the best thing I can tell you at this point. Hang in there and trust me it does get better.

A copy and paste from my profile...I still enjoy the Men's Forum, California Forum, and will look at the Main Forum sometimes. Hearing questions like "I can't get in all my water or protein" from newbes can get boring after awhile...But we are here for support and try and give back (not just receive).
Those two issues are the two most common issues we hear on these board. Just do your best and you'll be fine. Yes, you are weak...you could be losing 1-2 pounds a day...it really takes it out of you. In a few weeks you should be feeling alot better.
Buyer's remorse...been there...done that. I think maybe you're just pissed about not being able to be there for your girlfriend and having her there to support you. The surgery didn't fail...Life (God) just threw you a curveball. Brian

Your profile says you are a friend of a pre-op patient.
You are not welcomed in the Locker Room. Your posts are untastefull nad you have nothing in common with our friends in here. Why don't you spend your time heckeling the people you know in person and leave the people that are here for help alone.
