thats a major weight loss.  Your NUT and Doc should provide you with a month to month diet plan.  Its pretty basic.  Smart food choices and portions.  The foods and beverages that got you here are out now.
I needed to search for fresh, lean, and low sodium. Each person is different
for me - no processed meats (deli type), burger 97% lean no bread.  Fish fresh clear eyed, shrimp, tuna.  Veggies - all fresh
I shop the outside isles of the store.  No junk joints (McDonalds, Arbys, Wendys etc)no pizza creamy soups.  Common sense stuff
This has been a whole new lifestyle change for me.  There is one thing certain.  If  I  fail to make the food choice changes and amounts  I will get fat again.  The WLS is a 48 hr procedure thats just the begining of  my journey
good luck

We all have to deal with plateaus and they are a normal part of weight loss.  If you've only been on a plateau for a week or two, you really don't gave abytgubg ti wirry about.  If you follow your post -op diet you sorld start to losed weight.  If it get to be 4 weeks without a change, there may still be no real problem, but you would probably do well to go over you diet with your nutritionist.

Hello fist let me say that 75lbs since Jan is awesome!! Sound slike your doing everything right. I believe that at some point our bodies just need a break from the trauma it's going through from the rapid weight loss. I don't know if your Dr or Nut gave you a meal plan, some do some don't it's all differs by who you choose. Mine did not just gave me some basic rules for eating. Protein first is what he told me. So that's why this site is so great so we can ask questions like this. I used it a lot when I was first out of wls. Over the years I still do protein first than complex carbs only, veggies,  fruit. and so on. My only other suggestion is to toss the scale if you have one in your house, I would get rid of it. For the first three years or so we did not have one. We weighed out side our home every couple of weeks or so. I talk a lot about this early on in my blogg on my page or my wife's page. She would have drove her self crazy with one in the house. Doing it every couple of weeks keeps the up and downs to a minimum.

Congradulations on the weight loss,
Derrick

You are doing great.  There are a lot of posts on here about plateaus, they are a part of the process.  As stated above the scale is your enemy right now.  My advice to you is to put the scale away until you are at 10 months post, it will only drive you crazy.  If you need a barameter use your clothing size as a scale, even when you are on a pleatu your body is still changing sizes which is the result you are looking for.
