I guess this will never ever end

I have my PATS at 8:30am tomorrow.. So I call the hospital admin office and ask when and who do I pay. I've been trying to find this info out for 2 weeks..  Mind you this is 30 min before they close that they returned my call.   The lady in the office says you have till the day before the surg to pay.  Great I tell her, I will have a check drawn up on Monday.

She called me 8 min before closing and said i have some bad news but my manager says if you don't pay today or tomorrow before your PAT's we will cancel your surg. She said I have never seen this happen to anyone..

SO now WTF....  I sure wish I could use another hospial.  It's not my surgeon or I would have changed along time ago. The damn hospital @$@^(_#$^($^(_$

Seems they gotcha by the balls.  Look past this and down the road to alot of us ragging u post op 

It sure doesen't give you a warm fuzzy does it ,this close to your surg date and all .
I do agree ; look past all this and you'll be three years out before ya know it.

my whole thing is they have been giving me all this drama for 5 weeks. I am giving them alot of money to be treated  like ****  It's as if they don't give a rats ass.. 

I am looking into someone else. I may cancel, its not about how i feel 3 years from now.  It's about getting the proper care now.

Will your surgeon's office go to bat for you?  Raise a little hell with the hospital admins?  It seems like the hospital/surgeon ought to have the private pay requirements spelled out long before the PAT.  You can't be the first private pay they've ever had.
