Happy Friday Eve..

Today I am grateful..

For being a better man than I was five years ago..

That my trip to Canada is tomorrow.. Who has the number to Super Shuttle..LOL

For phone calls that make you think..

For emails that help bring a smile to your face..

For everyone that has helped make me a better person..

I enjoy reading your Grateful Posts. It makes me stop and think about what I am greatful for.

I am grateful for:

Dina, my wife of 24 years who has stuck by me through all the tough times.
My children, who have been extremely supportive of my decision to have surgery.
Most of all to God, for guiding to take the right path and giving me all the blessing I have.

Today I am grateful for having WLS because I know I would not be alive without it.

I am also grateful for the Beck's Diet Solution which has freed me from my food addictions and allowed me to lose weight for the first time in 3 years.

I am grateful for the Men's Forum for providing a place where we can be honest with each other and support each other.
