How much can you eat a year out?

I am almost at a year I can almost eat a normal small meal at a restaurant. About 6-7 ounces. I rarely can finish but I also don't feel like I am wasting my money by leaving alot behind.

You'll notice a difference at about 5-6 months where you can eat noticably more than before

I believe the best way to describe the amount of food is to consider what an eight year old child would eat.  Using the standard sizes of frozen meals is also useful.  I can eat most frozen meals, if I eat nothing else, but I can not eat the full size meals with an a serving of meat and two sides. Another example is a McDonalds Big Mac -- I remove the middle slice of bread and eat the Big Mac without fries.  I am 27 months post-op.
