My First goal
OMG 4 more weeks of liquids.. thats how we lose all this weight. I been snacking on some cheese wedges here and there.. hell there is nothing in them anyway..
My car is fast in the 1/4 mile range after that it dies off. i didn't build it for top speed, lol mostly light to light so to say
I am looking forward to maybe getting an old Porsche or BMW to tinker with. I'd like to build a SCCA track car. The newer (like 04 up) sport minded cars are just too much to maintain. It is insane what BMW wants for service.

Never taken as bragging.
just looked at a 78 Fiat last week. My dad had a 82 Spyder when i was a kid and wants another. He has the 2004 Z4 2.5 with SMG lol and he is 72 the lady we got it from was 84. The car had 1300 miles on it when he bought it.. haha
I just got rid of a 79 M.B. 450SLC and a 72 450sl. Very expensive parts for such an old benz.
The Morgan is that simular to the Bugatti Royale. Whats somthing like that go for?

Drinking these shakes is blah, they need a t bone steak flavor shake.. with twice baked potatoe
I tried the meds back in the 90s they made me feel weird. So med for me is a trip to the beach or a ride in the car that simple. Since I been in FL thats easy when I lived in MD had to drive a few hours to see the beach..
I am feeling the same way about the weight loss that it will bring me out of the slumps. Long as I keep the mind busy it doesn't give me time to dwell in neg thoughts.

If the shakes taste blah, get some DaVinciGourmet SF & FF syrups to add to them. I get mine from www.netrition.com . Go to the site and you can look up the 45 flavors that are currently being offered. They make more flavors but rotate a few of them throughout the year. I find some better with coffee and others better with the shakes. I generally get vanilla shakes and add fruit flavored syrups. Be careful to order sugar free and fat free since they also make the same flavors with sugar. Netrition.com carries most popular shakes and bars and I like them because they have a standard rate for S&H of $4.95. I never request special handling because my order usually comes in 1-2 days not including weekends--they are delivered by UPS. Bob
I've found that some flavors go great with coffee or shakes while the fruit flavors are better with the shakes. Some are a little weak for the shakes, but are good with water--normal temp or iced. I love having the blueberry syrup in Dec or Jan in anticipation of getting nice ripe blueberries in June and July. The strawberry and raspberry are both a little weak. The thing I really like about netrition is that single fixed prixe for S&H which has been constant for the past 9 years. Oh, another thing they do is give you a further discount on orders over $200. However, if you don't have orders over $200, I've found that their computer keeps track of your past purchases and will apply the discount on the order where you accumulate $200 in spending. Then, it will start over with your next order. I used to wait and order my protein powder, protein bars, flavored syrups, and Walden Farms SF & FF salad dressings and sauces on a large order. That's not practical now with my wife unemployed. I've also stopped using the bars since the protein powders are much more economical.
They also offer many diet snacks, but in my case, I'm addicted to the white carbs and the junk and I'm just better off staying away even from "healthy" snacks. I once had a sponsor when I was in OA who was also in AA and he said that they've found on that program that people who start drinking "near beer" usually go back to drinking beer. I don't want to take achance with my abstinence.
