New pic

Well, people said I changed, but I always saw the old me.  I was in like total shock when I saw this tonight.  I really hadn't taken that many pics, which I know now I should have.  To the newbie's:  take pics often. 

My daughter helped me do this, but I want this to be my avatar.  Any help available?  It won't flip back and forth, just stuck on the blurry pic.
