IDGOMB THursday
OK Guys, I haven't been posting these for a while, but I have been keeping up the excercise. Today I ran for about 35 minutes followed by some resistance training on chest, shoulders and arms.
Saturday, I am in a 5k race. This will be the first time I am actually chipped and timed. It should be fun.

I rode my bike about 4-5 miles. I know that may not sound like much, but being 53 and having had 2 heart attacks (plus a heart bypass and a stent) that is good for me. Went to the library, dropped off some stuff then went looking for a place to eat. I kept riding and riding till I was way out in the middle nowhere near the freeway. Stopped into a Subway and got a footlong tuna, chips, and a orange juice. It really helped cause I was alittle light headed. Brought most of it back for later. I'm back home resting...need to work on the gut a bit...Maybe cruncher tonight. Brian
Stephan, u and I are close to b4 weight and BMI. I'am going to post some pics as soon as I get the courage. I use the gym as a replacement for alot of other idle time killers.
No real pain just motion and resistance.
Cant run, bad knees, but bike alot
Will go back to blue/black slopes this winter. To fat last winter. One jolly hugh snowball rolling down the hill. could'nt get the legs to move right
good numbers fellow, good luck _ nothing beats time with son - priceless, went stripper fishing with mine last friday
