I am a score counselor in annapolis .  We are in cooperation with SBA to assist in business plans, business direction, business adjustments, lending direction etc.  Just a whole lot of great free stuff from retired business leaders and managers. We have  academics, govt managers, mid level   mgrs, VP's , owners, CEO's all there for the asking.

Congradulation Dan! Great job! Getting warm down there already I see. Were from Mesa moved up here 9 years ago(Oregon). My son still lives there and works for the city.

Yeah it already hit 100 but this week has been nice in the the 80s.  I am looking forward to swimming in my pool often.  Last year it was built and finished the weekend I had my quad accident so all I got to do was stand in the pool - no swimming allowed.  Plus I already got a new pair of swimming trunks to break in!

That is great news, Dan.  You must feel fantastic.  Keep up the good work.  I understand about the moobs, they are fun to play with when there is no one else around (just kidding, kinda! ha ha)

Congrats Dan!  I just posted on my 6 month anniversary today.  It is incredible what this process has done for us, including save our lives.  (i'm with you on the XL vs. 2XL, it really depends on the brand, but t-shirts are all 2xl still for me.

I also checked out your blog the other day, it is awesome and a great goal/ambition.  I'm stoked for you and am pulling for you.

Congrats, you've done really well.  Your a great example for all the folks on this site.  Keep at it!!
