first 5k (had a big fart)

On Sunday I ran my first 5k in 30:28 minutes.
I would have never done this 8 months ago.

Awesome job!  I'm going to run my first 5K this summer, i am shooting for 10 minute miles (which looks like you hit spot on).  I'm currently around 12 to 14 minute miles.  Congrats!
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
