Mens Forum needs
Its a great idea but this is tough to pull off. Those sites start out well but membership dwindles as time goes on because people cant find the site unless invited.
There is a members only site on here for the men that is virtually non existant and another on quix that has suffered the same fate.
Unfortunately, the best thing to do is deal here with the dip**** women that pop in is insult them and they wont come back.

All of the forums on OH are open forums. We can ask women not to post here but we really can't stop them. Rather than responding to them in an insulting manner, we can choose to just ignore their posts. Think about the few posts from women that we get versus the 100,000 plus women who are on OH. That means that the vast majority of women do respect our wishes.
Someone from the men's forum was particulary nasty to a woman who posted on the men's forum around June 2008. We got a strong dressing down from Member Services. And, we were told that we should behave ourselves or face having this froum pulled. That incident is what spurred the men's group that bigAl2029 runs and the quix group. There was a big split in the use of the Men's forum following that incident. Some of us stayed with the Men's forum as well as having tried some of the others.

Quix was not for me. Deleted the book mark. Was known to send the ladies away myself but remember incident you refer to. You are right in mentioning the ladies do respect our space here. The few that venture in now understand they're in "no woman's" land and are brief in their comments or questions. It is when they get into the dating/marriage/relationship crap they need to be booted.
Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
