What up Fellas,  I'm in a rut and need a lil help.  What foods were you eating at two months out.  I tend to eat the same things over and over and am getting bored with it.

Get some fish, salmon, talapia, sword.  Salmon and sword are great on the grill.   Easy to chew and quite comfortable for your new pouch.  I was eating salad really early, everyone is an individual.  I drink a soy shake every morning for breakfast with soy protein, sugar free hot cocoa powder (swiss miss) half a banana and a few other flavorings to spice it up.  You can't go wrong with an omelet.  I'll think up a few more.

OMG, Bought some Sword from Central Market last week and cooked it the other day with salt, pepper and fresh dill and grilled it. It was to die for! I typically don't get sword cause it's either to dirty (from the Gulf) or just not fresh enough.

Newman, Just gonna have to try different protiens and spices. This chicks got some tastey eats too!

how about chili,  Either a red chili or a white chicken chili.  I loved chili before my chili and love it even more since WLS.

Are you craving anything?  Most foods you crave can be made WLS friendly.

3 mths out with band.. I can eat almost anything.. Introduce stuff slowly.. I got tired of chicken and fish all the time so I did finally start into red meats and pork. Those are a little difficult but, I started with deli meat or meat that is slow roasted.. I did have POT ROAST the other day (though a very SMALL amount) But, that seamed to go down well because its soft. I'm just now starting to get more into the whole grains. (If youre having trouble crapping those will help) I cant eat ANY raw vegetables I still have to half cook them to get them down. And Fruits like Grape.. I I seam to have a problem with those because if the skin. It I peal the grape. (thats a pain in the neck) it much easier to eat those.

If you're getting board..There is a cook book out there called "EATING WELL AFTER WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY" its written by a patient. That has helped me quite a bit.. Its kind of become my bible. I Picked my copy up at Borders it was about 15.00.
