Holy Cow Batman! I am only Extra Large now!
I am happy to report that I just bought my first XL shirt off the rack at WalMart - didn't even have to pay the extra 2 bucks for the Extended Size! Down from 6X.
I also posted another blog today - this one demonstrating a sample breakfast and lunch 6 months post op.
On a crappy note I lost my job today. Tomorrow is my last day on the job, so I am off to look for work or drum up side jobs. Wish me luck!

I was just in Mesa a few weeks ago, my brother in law lives there and I visit once a year when the Minnesota winter gets to be to much to handle. Mesa Is a beautiful place and someday I want to spend every winter there. In the meantime , congrats on your weight loss, you are doing great, AND DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING TO WORK TOMORROW. Take a sick day , you earned it.
