Family Picture (BIG TIME FART FOR ME) trying to paste in picture hope it works

Hi, Just wanted to send you all a picture of my family from our backyard this weekend.  I actually like having my picture taken these days.  I'm down 90 lbs in 4 months.  I feel great and am so thankful for my restored health.

Well, our Dog Schatzie was probably the coldest of all of us.  He is a whimp when it comes to cold weather. Now I must say, this was in the backyard and we were only out there a few minutes.  Definately would have worn more if it would have been longer.

Thanks for all your comments.  They mean a lot.  Yes, it is cold here.  When I moved here 6 years ago I loved the cold because I was always hot and sweaty.  Now it freakin kills me.  TOday I thought my hands were going to fall off when I was taking out the groceries. 

Now, I don't think I will ever catch up to my boy as far as wearing his clothes go.  He made varsity in his freshman year on the cross country team breaking the freshman record there.  He doesn't have hardly any skin you can pinch much less a speck of fat on that lean body.  He did bring up the idea of sharing a triathalon with my wife riding the bike, him running and me doing the swimming.  That might be fun.

AS my Dad would say, what a bunch of skinny marinks you guys are. I think its great.

I couldn't figure out what a marink is, could you enlighten me?  People keep calling me skinny, but I know that I have a good 30 plus  lbs of fat left to go.
