HA!! I can post one of these.
Last week I did not get to the gym 3 times which was my short term goal. I was not going to let that happen this week. I knew that trying to get to the gym during the week after work was NOT working. Between the kids and eating dinner and being tiered it was not happening. I needed a new plan.
I set the alarm and I got to the gym 5 minutes after 5!! HAH! I did it. I could not stay as long as I wanted becauise I had to get to work. But the longer term goal is to go every day. So slightly shorter and a bit veried in exercise might just be the trick! 20 minutes on a stationary bike and 20 minuts on upper body machines. YES!

Been faithful to my 3 days a week program and paln to go up to 4 this week.
Monday 30 min on stationary bike, 10 on treadmill, leg workout
Tuesday 60 minute water aerobic workout
For those of you with mobility problems (i.e. I had knee replacement in Feb) you should try ou****er aerobics. I was hesitant because I had watched it before and its usually a bunch of older women.Once I started it kinda broke the ice and other men started showing up. Its a great workout and occaisionally little hotties show up wearing skimpy bikinis that don't hold up to all the jumping up and down
