Yesterday was a MUCH better day!

I just gotta say thanks to everyone for all your input on my bad couple of days. I watched what I ate yesterday very closely and how I ate and I'm glad to say everything went where it supposed to!

I also believe that I was not getting the protein in like I should so I am really monitoring it via www.thedailyplate.com and making sure it's all in there.

I am going to meet with a personal trainer today (one session free!) and have her help me work on cardio primarily then once my body can handle it, I'll move to strength training.

Thanks again everyone for the support. I may not post a lot, but I lurk several times a day and you guys are my lifeline when it comes to figuring out how this tool works!

Hey J

It won't be long before you are quite successful with your own program that you can offer some good advise/support to another new guy coming down the road.  We all seem to pay it forward.  Just having everyone tell you their thoughts and experiences with  your situation yesterday help you feel like you were not alone and that this was thw first time this ever happened to anyone.

Glad you had a better day.  Take it one chew at a time and follow the docs orders.  Have a good day.

Great news, JMac. DailyPlate is a nice tool to track your inputs and a personal trainer can help you max your outputs so you're on your way!
