4+ Miles first day back in the gym

Took last week off other then running around town w/ "T" doing errands and upand down stairs at home for the bio breaks. Other than the intensity lvl being down to (3) and not lifting any weights am pretty much back to my pre surg workout lvl.
(Before I did the Elliptical Machine at intensity (14) for 1 hour plus 30 min of free weights. )
Yesterday went the one hour on the machine (inten. 3), no weights then went walking on the beach +/- 1/2 mile later on in the afternoon. Little bit of tightness, no pain last night or this morning. Hopefully by the end of my six week banishment from weight lifting I can boost my time on the cardio machine to 90 min.

Great job, Subdoc!! It's cool to see people continue to set "stretch goals" increasing their fitness (and weight loss) efforts. Gotsta have goals and gotsta keep going after them. Congratulations.

 Gotta set some kind of goal we don't own a scale big enough for me so can't check my weight. Kinda trying not to worry bout the weight atm, see the Doc in another week he can tell me where i stand.
