Alive and doing great
Hi guys am alive and doing great, after almost 5 months of not being able to work out because of the 3 surgeries I had to have to repair my hernia and the removal of the excess skin on my lower gut I finally got back to the gym and the pool. It feels so good to get back into my old workout routine, I was amazed how fast I was able get back in the grove. Matter of fact my cardio workout has excelled way beyond what I would of ever though. Like today in the gym I use the Sifit’s total body recumbent elliptical machine for my cardio workout and I did 5 miles in 1 hour. As for weight lifting I am almost back to where I was before I had to stop working out before my surgery. I did put some weight back on in the last 5 months from having the surgeries and not working out but I have already started loosing again and am only 5 pounds away from my lowest weight of 225. I am now going to try and get down to 199 pounds, if I do that will be a total weight loss of 345 pounds from my RNY, and a grand total of 679 pounds from my highest weight. Sorry I haven’t been active on my Men’s Locker room board, there has been so much going on around our house lately there just doesn’t seem to be enough hours in the day to get everything done. At least for the first time in my life I can do a whole days worth of stuff around the house ect and I can do it with getting tired. I will try and get more active on here and my board so I will catch you guys later.
