1. Mush for brains? Your brain weighs about three pounds and all but 10 ounces of it is water.
2. Quicker than a computer! If you stub your toe, it takes only 1/50th of a second for your brain to register the pain.
3. Dim as a light bulb indeed. Our brains use less power than 100-watt bulb.
4. The cartilage in our noses doesn't stop growing. We can expect our nose to grow up to 1½ inch longer and wider as we get older. Seems like my nose hairs grow that much over night.
5. Chatty? To speak just one word, you use 70 different muscles
6. Hmmm, tastes good. We have more than 200 taste buds on each of the small bumps on our tongue.
7. Women have a far more developed sense of smell than men do. Their sense of smell grows more acute with each child they have. Remember to turn on the fan the next time you 
. Your better half will thank you.
8. Our largest organ is? We have about 18 square feet of skin. I figure I had about double that at around 500 lbs 
9. Men of Steel! Our bones are about four times stronger than steel and they can endure 24,000 pounds of pressure per square inch.
10. Got wrinkles? It takes about 200,000 frowns to make a permanent wrinkle.
Cycling tip: Be seen on your bike by wearing a bright red or yellow shirt when you go on your rides. It's all about being seen by cars to avoid getting smashed. Don't worry about looking like a fancy boy. Also, invest in a battery powered headlight and flashing tail light. Mine cost lest than $20 for the pair and I've used them quite often when a ride takes longer than expected and I'm trying to get home before it turns dark.
