So, today I weighted myself . . . clocked in under 350 at 348.  Under 350.  (I know I am just 2 weeks out from surgery - but it's the small victories.)

The only sort of thing I am dealing with is I hit a wall of exhaustion at about 3:00p.  So I am trying to get by that.

Otherwise . . . I am dong great!

Great job, Matthew! "Small victories," one step at a time is what it's all about.

I don't know Matthew, I would say that 56 total lbs. and being under 350 is a pretty big victory!  I would bet that there were times in your life that you would give almost anything to even be able to lose 5 frickin lbs.  I have had LONG periods of time where I didn't even have it in me to do that.  Enjoy each pound, bud.   Michael

Remember, it is all those little victories that help you ultimately win the war.  Keep it up.

Grats, man! Don't forget that a big victory is nothing but a bunch of little ones put together. I, however, think you've experienced a great big ol FART.

I also remember the 3:00 pm wall thing. I still get it sometimes, but a little protein snack about 1 or 2 helps. Also, if you can get away for a few minutes, a quick walk around the block always revs up the engine again.
