Hit the gym after work today.  Worked back and biceps for about 40 minutes then walked a mile on the treadmill.

Been a while since I've said anything in these threads.

I got my new bike a week or so ago.

Been riding between 3-5 miles a day (except today when I only got about a mile and a half in. 

Just doing short rides right now as I gain my confidence back on a bicycle, and my wife gets hers (we had to special order hers, she's short).  Then we're going on longer rides.  I can't wait.

Next Monday I start back up with a personal trainer at LA Fitness.  Yeehaw!

Upperbody strength (or lack thereof) and ab workout and then a hike in the mountains for a little cardio. Thanks for the motivation fellas!
