Four Years!

Hello!!
 
It has been awile since I have posted here but I just wanted to stop bye and say hello. I had not even realized it had been four years for me untill I checked my email this morning. Heck I dont know if anyone here will even remember me...lol Life has been great as far as wls goes for me. I am ten times more active than I was before wls. It has been the best thing me and my wife have done for ourselves. I hope and pray that it goes and good for everyone else as is has for me.

Four years, amazing isn't it Derrick? I'm coming up on my 3 year WLSversary on July 25 and it's been quite an awesome experience for me as well. I still struggle with the head hunger stuff but seem to be able to keep the "beast" under control as I've stayed between 210 and 215 for the last couple of years.

Gots to keep cycling and working out though as it helps remind me how hard I have to work to "pay off" the donuts or ice cream I want. Balance and moderation is what it's all about but, like most of us here I imagine, balance and moderation ain't something we're very good with.

Great job and keep on fighting the good fight, Derrick.

Hey Derrick!
How you two doing?! (High five to Patrice too!)
I’m headed out the door to Portland right now!
I’ll be there for the next 3 days,
Back in mid-late August for a week,
And back a few times in the Fall.
My son is moving there!

I’m at QuixoticWLS mostly these days.
(They’ve got a Men’s Only Forum Now, that is actually, Men Only, no gate crashers...)
