Um, when did that happen
So, I am now 9 days post op and I am home, and I feel great. (Except my ears have not popped form the trip home - I had my surgery in mexico - and my jet's engine caught on fire on take off yesterday - I thought crap, I am getting my life together, and I am going to die in a plane crash - but I digress.)
I started this whole journey Jan 1 at 405 pounds.
I was down to 365 the day of the surgery.
I am now down to 352. That's 53 pounds since I start this whole thing. (And an amazing 13 pounds since the surgery).
WOW!
So besides myself.
I am feeling great, have lots of energy and so ready for this new life of mine.

Congrats on your successfule WLS, Matthew. I sometimes think that my new life after WLS is a dream and I'll soon wake up and be the old 500 pounder again. The last 3 years has been an amazing adventure for me and I just want it to continue and keep getting better and better and.....
It's up to me to make it happen now that WLS has provided me with the opportunity for a second lease on life.
Best of luck in your journey. Tell us more about your WLS in Mexico. How was the experience?
Thanks
Boner
