Literally, I was peeing out my butt the first 10 days them ****ting brinks for a few weeks and now I am back to peeing out backside for the last week or so. Should I be worried? I'm really not but it certainly doesn't seem normal, I hope this isn't going to be the case the rest of my exisence.

Any input?

GM,
Most folks have the “squirts” that lock-up and turn into “passing a cinder-block” bowel issues early on. Irritation of the surgery on the digestive system is really, really common for non-WLS surgeries that involve the guts as well.
It’s not a “for life” thing though.
One way to help get to normalcy is adding soluble fiber to your dietary intake.
Apples, apple sauce, oats, even just some of that “dissolves clear in water, no clumping or thickening” Fiber powder. Like Benefiber.
It slows the transmission of food through the digestive tract, so in that way it can reduce instances of Diarrhea. But also, because it gives the peristalsis of the intestines more “grip” due to the bulk it adds, it can keep bowels moving smoothly rather than locking up into constipation.
Yep, it’s a fix for Diarrhea and Constipation at the same time.
Counterintuitive I know, but it works.
Just to fend off constipation, also keep water intake up, and add a bit more healthy fats (Omega-Essential-Fatty Acids) to your diet. Keeps the tubes lubed.

Fear not.
This too shall pass.

Best Wishes-

Dx, You are a god among men. I've been dealing with this too and crapping hockey pucks was getting old.

I used to be such a good pooper before I had this surgery.

It's true, I once help a classmate in Beijing get rid of the runs by ingesting psyllium that I had brought from Hong Kong (no fiber supplements available in the China of 1983!).

(hmm...That's been 25 years now. Maybe I have been focused on health for a lonnng freaking time!)

Wishing You Regularity,

Dave
