You will, Michael. Just keep your eye on the prize and you'll get there. By the way, my brother lived in Ft. Smith for many years. Lot's of amazing places to bike in your part of the woods. Why, you're just a hop, skip and jump from Tennesse which is RockyTop's cycling turf.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, with all my family still there, but been here about 20 years.  I really like it.  Cycling/biking?  what is that?    Is that something all the lines of, um, I think they call it ---- exercising?  I'll be doing that one day!

Congratulations on your success!  Don't minimize it.  Relish in it!  This was all you.  Yeah the surgery helps you eat less and feel satisfied but it doesn't change your brain, make you exercise, make you order smarter or make healthier decisions.  Those all fall on our shoulders.

I often say that this process is 30% what you eat, 30% moving your body more and 40% attitude.  When you factor in all the decisions we make in terms of what we eat, the surgery is probably 15-20% of the entire process and the rest is our decisions we make each day to eat healthy, move our bodies more and hold ourselves accountable.

So ride this thing till the wheels fall off.  You are doing a great job!

Wow, congratulations! You are doing awesome, I can't wait till I hit that mark! It probably won't be at least for another month but I'm going to be patient. Now that I'm down to my last 25 pounds or so to goal it is really coming off slow as heck. My goal is to be there at least by Labor Day.

Congratulations! It is amazing isn't it? I'm down 102 overall and 90 since surgery in December. I still can't believe I'm a size L from a 3XL and still losing a pound a week on average. Keep up the good work!
