100 POUNDS DOWN!!!

I'm 100 pounds down in 4 months! God that sounds really crazy to say outloud (and in cyberspace!). Just wanted to share that info and that I had to put my laptop in the shop because the hard drive may be going out so they were going to run some tests over the weekend and get back with me Monday/Tuesday or so. Talk to you guys soon.

That's great!  Welcome to the Century club!  Go some place and lift 100 lbs if you can so you can know what you've given up--just don't strain yourself.  Oops, that's what you were doing before WLS.

Way to go!!  It is just crazy what WLS does to us.  I remember getting on the scale and just constantly shaking my head in disbelief.  Remember the mental side of WLS may be even harder than the physical side.  It can really play with your mind.  Hang on for the ride.  Brian
