4th of July situation
Okay so for the 4th of July the g/f and I went to the zoo and walked around. I only brought one bottle of water with me and I was in jeans and 2 shirts....it was 95 degrees or so, also. So long story short I got about halfway into the zoo and my energy level CRASHED. I'm talking could BARELY move. It felt like all of my muscles were screaming at me to stop and my g/f was worried and all but I kept on going just chalking it up to being lazy. What I didn't realize is that I could've been dehydrated! Stupid me. Also I had only eaten one pack of oatmeal before I left that morning.
Okay so after the zoo we went to the mall and I got a very large cup of unsweetened ice tea. Again about halfway through the department stores and walking around my energy level bottomed out like I had just ran a marathon. But we got through the mall without me dying at least. I had eaten before that too so I had a little more energy in me plus it was air conditioned.
After that we went and walked around downtown Baton Rouge near the levee before the firework display. Again, my energy bottomed out. I saw a pattern I think. Every time I was out in the elements my energy would bottom out and I think it's due to me not drinking/eating enough.
What do you guys think?
Now I hope you're planning on calling you doctor about that... However,,,, my limited knowlege from working in social service and monitoring people medical issue leads me to believe that you might be looking at some kind of vitamin deficency (Sorry Not Spelling Well today) You should really check with your doctor.. It could have been as simple as taking a vitamin or heat.. Potacium (?) is coming to mind... But, I could be other things.. Do not wait... Call Doc!!!!

I'm not a doctor nor do I play one on TV but you were dehydrated and putting yourself in danger. You needed to be drinking water my friend. We lose water like crazy and need to repleni**** all of the time. but don't because we are not used to sweating etc. The sun and wind if any were taking it right out of you. Hope you are better today. Take more water with you. Always carry some more with you so you have it.
