Thank you for the tough love!

Guys,

Back from my first post-op vacation, and I am happy to report that while I was far from being a saint on the road, I did take your tough love comments from a previous post to heart.

This will be my first vacation, ever, where instead of gaining tons of weight, I come back 2 lbs lighter than when I left. No weight loss record (I have been losing an average 3.3 lbs / week for the past 3 months), but a major FART for me nevertheless!

Sometimes not gaining is better than a big loss.  You did well and are happy about it.  Enjoy how that feels as I think there is much more of that to come for you.
