The Sunday Weekly Weigh-In
July 6th!
[Thanks Guys for all the words of encouragement for year 5 aniversary!]

...just in your first weeks home?
Hang in there,
It DOES GET EASIER!
.... just hitting your first stall?
It happenes to many....
Scan back over the last months of this weekly post,
And you’ll get a fairly clear picture of the fact
that there isn’t a "Typical" progress,
Just massive, persistent, overwhelming - PROGRESS!

Yes, using the scales can make some crazy,
(Slower loss is Still Loss!)
-But-
Keeping track and forcing myself to "Watch It!"
Has been the "What works for me," for maintaining my loss.
I’ll eat, but know that I need to exercise a little bit more
If the numbers climb just a little.
That way,
I only make "Little" adjustments to my weekly routine.
If the "Scales Make You Discouraged?"
Then STAY OFF of Them!

But for those who Are weighing in-
Drum roll--------------------------------------

Hop your Azz up on the Scales!

How much have you lost?
Since Surgery?
Or in Pre-Op Diet?

And has the Scale moved this week for you?
If so, How Much?

My Starting Weight? – 385 +
All Time Low – 179

Me?-
185.5
So, What about YOU?

Best Wishes-Mike Wazowski

Hi Shum,

Just let me know if I can be of any help. It's been a big time hobby of mine.

Best Wishes,

Dave

Hi Dx and Everyone. I haven't posted in about 3 weeks.  During that time, I've fluctuated between 190 and 195.  I've been in this range since April.  So I think I'm stabilizing here.  Today I'm 192.  I'm still following the same nutrution plan.  And, I am continuing my weight training.  I've also started to ride a bike and am having a ball with it. Overall, I'm down 164 since surgery, and down 183 from my highest weight!

Highest: 375
Surgery: 356
Last Weigh In: 190
Today: 192

331 / 321 / 251.6 / 245.4 / -6.2 Hvy / Surg / LW / TW / Difference Guess it is due to hormonal dumping but I have been really depressed last few days.  Calling PCP tomorrow about tweeking anti-depressants.  Don't know if it is related to futile job search, holiday stress or what but sent the Mrs. and dog over to my mother's to get them away from me.  Tired of being married.  Know it is "cheaper to keep her" but may be time to split the sheets after 16 years, 21 with dating time.  Dog coming back this afternoon.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
