Today I'm 3 months post-op, yesterday I went to 3 Doctors Apts. as of today I'm 6 lbs from my goal weight, no more C-pap, no more Insulin, blood sugars are normal, no more blood pressure med's, B/P normal, no more water pills, no swelling, no joint pain. Starting Weight 268, day of WLS 240, today 176. Pants were 40-42 today 31-32, Shirts 2XL now Med.. Surprising the WL staff advised I would probably loose another 36-38 lbs, that would put me at 140! Well we will see. Thanks for listening to me blow wind!!!! C'ya Bob

Awesome job - You should be very proud of yourself! Now to plan that garage sale for all those large clothes and that nasty CPAP machine

Heck with the garage sale, I think I can sell them as tents for firework stands! Thanks

errrr .. I just have to ask .. (you're the new guy, so we do that as an initiation here sometimes) ..  but what's with the Chinese waiter outfit?   Do you own a Chinese restaurant or something?

Actually ... If I did try and cook and serve Chinese food I would probably be doing life now for mass murder

No, this is my martial arts uniform (Wing Chun - a form of Kung *** which going on 70 lbs lost actually fits now and makes me look slightly less nerdy in front of my Sifu (teacher) and his very advanced students. Hopefully losing more weight will actually improve my skills.

Consider it a visual 'FART' moment (still no one here has told me what this exactly means ???)

Ahhh ...  so our Buckeye John is the Father of the F.A.R.T.s, over two years ago!       Great job on keeping that one in the MF "databanks", DXer ..  !   Good to see so many familiar faces in that old thread , btw  ..   I've noticed that, unlike TT and many of its inhabitants, our MFers tend to hang around the forum for a  long time, even well after their surgeries ..   &:-)     (btw, whatever happened to Buckeye?)

Congrats fella...  You sounds like you are doing awesome.  Keep up the great work.  Have you seen the movie Office Space?  You need to take that CPAP machine out to some remote field and do to it what they did to that computer in the movie.  Smash that sucker to bits with a sledge hammer...  Have a great day!!

Thanks dlouque, I think I'll keep the CPAP as a reminder from where I was health wise. C'ya Bob
